平安堂京都では、ありがたいことに海外在住で日本に短期しか滞在できない日本人・外国人の皆さまや遠方にお住まいの方から「滞在期間中だけでも教わりたい」という熱心なご要望をいただくことがあります。
それにお応えして、滞在期間中に合わせてグループレッスンとプライベートレッスンを組み合わせた個別カリキュラムの作成のご相談も承っております。
金継ぎの全てをお伝えすることはできないかもしれませんが、滞在期間に合わせてできる限りのことはお伝えさせていただきます。

We accept making a private curriculum that combines group and private lessons for every one who can stay only for a short while in Japan.
This curriculum will be arranged according to your schedule as much as possible.
We may not be able to teach you all the kintsugi method, however, we will do our best to teach you according to your stay term. Please check FAQ, and contact us if you are interested.
How long does it take to learn KINTGUSHI ?
A1、2週間以上の滞在期間が必要です。個人差にもよりますが例えば東京教室のグループレッスンでは、50時間（5時間×10レッスン）程で一通りの工程を学びます。こちらは作業を全て教室内で行った場合のお時間ですが、短期レッスンの場合は２週間以上のお時間をいただければ一通りの工程をご体験できるようアレンジしています。
We recommend at least 2 weeks. For example, a group lesson at the Tokyo class takes about 50 hours (10 lessons of 5 hrs each), depending on the individual. However, for short term lessons, we can arrange for you to experience the entire process in 2 weeks or more.
Q2、1度の滞在で学ぶ必要がありますか？
Is it okay to stay multiple times?
A2、いいえ。もし東京・京都に年に複数回ご滞在するご予定がございましたら、それに合わせてカリキュラムを一緒に作りましょう。

Q3、滞在期間中、毎日通えますか？
Can I go every day?
A3、連日通うことはお勧めではありません。漆は作業ごとに通常７〜１０日の乾燥期間が必要なためです。しかし短期レッスンの場合は、技術を習得していただくことを一番の目的にしていますので、作業によっては２日や３日に１回のペースで作業いただける場合もございます。
It is not recommended to go through the process day after day. This is because lacquer requires a drying period of 7 to 10 days for each work. However, in the case of short-term lessons, our main goal is for you to learn the technique, so you may be able to work once every two or three days, depending on the process.
Q4、費用はどのくらいですか？
How much the fee?
A4、約15〜25万円になる場合が多いです。グループレッスンと個人レッスンの割合にもよります。まずは滞在スケジュールに合わせたプランを作成しますのでご相談ください。お道具箱の購入は不要です。
It often ranges from about 150,000 to 250,000 yen. It depends on the ratio of group lessons to private lessons. Please contact us first to create a plan that fits your stay schedule. There is no need to purchase a tool box.
Q5、清川さんに指導していただけますか？
Could Mr. Kiyokawa give me some guidance?
A5、基本は清川の薫陶を受けたアシスタントが担当します。清川のスケジュールと合えばアサインすることも可能ですが、費用は高くなります。
Lessons will be instructed by our assistants who have been trained by Kiyokawa. If Kiyokawa's schedule allows, it is possible to assign him, but the cost will be high.
Q6、帰国後もオンラインでレッスンを受けることはできますか？
After returning to home, Can I learn online ?
A6、一通りの工程を学んだ後はアフターケアとしてオンラインのレッスンも受け賜ります。ただし、最初からオンラインのみのレッスンは提供はしておりません。
We offer online lessons as aftercare that can be offered only after lessons with us in person.
